Files and processing
GIF Fleet decodes, edits and exports your images and animations inside your browser. We do not upload your media to GIF Fleet servers. AI background removal downloads a model to your browser and runs it locally using WebGPU or WebAssembly.
Optional waitlist data
If you join a feature waitlist or unlock large batches, we receive the email address you submit, the feature you requested, the page you used, an optional note and a submission timestamp. Media files are never included.
We use this information only for requested product updates and roadmap research. We do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.
Storage on your device
GIF Fleet stores a batch-unlock timestamp in local storage. The service worker, processing libraries and AI model may be cached by your browser so the tools load faster and can keep working offline. You can remove these items through your browser’s site-data controls.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and stores waitlist records privately. Hugging Face delivers AI model files when you first use AI mode. Those providers may process basic request data such as IP addresses and user-agent information under their own policies.
Retention and deletion
We keep a waitlist record until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed for the requested update. Enter the same address below to delete its waitlist record and clear the local batch unlock on this device.
Analytics, children and changes
GIF Fleet currently uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. We may update this policy as the product changes and will revise the date above.
