Using GIF Fleet
You may use GIF Fleet’s browser-based tools for lawful personal or business workflows. You do not need an account. Do not use the service to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or the security of the service or other systems.
Your files and output
You keep your rights in files you process and the resulting output. You are responsible for having permission to use the source material and for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it. Media processing happens locally and GIF Fleet does not take possession of your files.
Third-party software and AI
GIF Fleet uses open-source and third-party browser libraries. AI background removal uses BRIA’s RMBG-1.4 model, which is provided under its own license. That license—not these terms—governs use of the model, and you should review it before commercial integration. Color-key removal does not use the AI model.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Browser media support varies, and output quality depends on the source, settings and device. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect output, or fitness for a particular purpose. Back up important originals.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GIF Fleet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Waitlists and changes
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee that a feature will launch. You can remove your waitlist record from the privacy page. We may change or discontinue features and may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
